The original m0dels portraits of Kylie, Fei Fei and Lara, were all about using existing as-is images and pixels without any alteration, just placing them against each other, not altering.
The color of each pixel is constructed using a Red, Green and Blue value, or a Hue Saturation and Brightness value, depending on the color model you use. Based on the original idea to take pixels from several images, to construct a new image, I now tried to take values from different pictures to construct a new color.
I used images of Elsa Hosk for this series, and made several series where I combined RGB or HSB values from different pictures, and then changed the model and added one other image in one of the other set of values, at random. So every resulting image is constructed from 4 source images.

This approach makes for a blending that goes deeper than pixels next to each other, but still retains some absolute values of each used image. And it makes for some funky colors.
